Bereaved Parents of the USA works by providing the opportunity for grieving people to be with others, to share our small victories, to support each other during our setbacks, to tell our stories and to hear those of others.  Our solutions to grief often are different just as our individual circumstances differ.   But we are alike in seeking ways to overcome grief.  The beauty of BP is that its members are there as visible proof that grieving people can adjust and that life, once again, can have meaning.

Support Meetings are Cancelled until further notice
Support meetings are the third Thursday of the Month, 7pm St. Pius X Catholic Church, 625 E Haycraft Ave, Coeur d'Alene, ID  Classroom #3.

We are not affiliated with the church, however, they have very generously provided us with a meeting room and storage space for our supplies at no charge for more than 25 years.
There is no charge to attend these meetings.

Our support meetings are open to all bereaved parents, grandparents and siblings.  The meetings are planned to be a source of comfort and support.  Please regard this as a safe time and place to come and be with those who know that grief never disappears; although it does lessen.
Members are encouraged but not pressured to participate.  We understand that sometimes it is simply too difficult to talk.  All information and feelings shared at the meetings are kept confidential.  This is intensely personal and we want Bereaved Parents to be a safe place for sharing.
